program in C, running on Web in SC13

I made a program that controls through the EXT port (serial) SC13 temperature sensor with FOSSIL. The program, done in C with Borland, works perfectly in a terminal window. I need this program to work on a Web page.

"It is best to convert this C code in CGI? Is it complicated?

Does anyone have some sample code?
